Not always. Some services are fulfilled by specialized local
providers to ensure the best results. All services are coordinated
through Lead House Cleaners for a seamless booking experience, so
you only work with one point of contact.
Do discounts apply to carpet cleaning?
Discounts apply to house cleaning services. Specialty services
like carpet cleaning may have separate pricing based on provider
availability and scope of work. We'll always provide clear pricing
information upfront.
Do I need a contract?
No. All services are pay-per-booking with no long-term contracts
required. Our membership is month-to-month and can be canceled
anytime without penalties or fees.
Is membership required?
No. You can book services without joining. Membership is optional
and designed for customers who want ongoing savings on house
cleaning services. You'll receive information about both savings
options after your first cleaning.
Do I have to clean every month?
No. Clean when it makes sense for you. There's no required
schedule or minimum booking frequency — even for members. Book
weekly, monthly, or just when you need it.
What do I need to do to qualify for discounts?
All new customers must complete an initial deep clean before
accessing any discounts. This thorough cleaning establishes a
clean baseline and makes future maintenance visits more efficient.
After your deep clean is complete, you can choose between the 50%
second-visit voucher or the Clean Savings Membership™ for ongoing
savings.
Do discounts stack?
No. Membership savings replace the one-time second-visit offer.
You choose which savings option works best for your needs — you
can't combine both discounts.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Portland, Oregon (including Beaverton, Tigard, and Lake
Oswego); Vancouver, Washington (including Camas, Ridgefield,
Battle Ground, and La Center); and surrounding areas. If you're
unsure whether we serve your location, just ask when requesting
your estimate.
How do I get an estimate?
Simply fill out our online request form with your cleaning needs
and home details. We'll provide a customized estimate within 24
hours. No on-site visit required for the initial estimate.
What's included in a standard cleaning?
Standard cleaning includes kitchens (counters, sinks, appliances
exterior, floors), bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors,
floors), bedrooms (dusting, vacuuming), and common areas. For a

How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on your home size, service type, and specific
cleaning needs. The average standard cleaning runs around $130,
but we provide customized estimates for every request to ensure
accurate pricing for your situation.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. We understand that schedules change. Contact us as soon as
possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
We'll work with you to find a new time that works.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Cleaning professionals bring their own supplies and equipment.
If you have specific products you'd like used (eco-friendly,
hypoallergenic, etc.), just let us know when booking.
